ABOUT THE COACH

Matt Sturgeon

I’m Matt. I’ve spent the last 10 years working 1 to 1 with over 2,000 men helping them rebuild discipline, relationships, direction, and self control when life feels off track.

My background includes a Masters in Business and a Masters in Modern Psychology. I’ve worked with men on the real-world stuff that actually breaks down first: relationship pressure, business stress, health discipline, and the internal patterns that create blow ups, avoidance, and drift.

I also spent time in the USA working alongside San Francisco matchmaker Amy Anderson as a men’s dating coach consultant, and supported stock traders under extreme pressure to reduce noise and make cleaner decisions.

What is the 8 Week Reset?

The 8 Week Reset is a structured 1-to-1 coaching program for men who feel stuck, reactive, or off track. You meet with me weekly (via zoom) for eight weeks to regain control, clarity, and consistent follow-through.

This is not therapy or motivation. It is a clear process with accountability.

Who is this program for?

Men who know something is not working and want to fix it.

This often includes relationship strain, loss of discipline, stalled income or career, declining health, or repeating the same patterns despite effort.

How does the Clarity Call work?

The call is short and direct. We identify what is actually holding you back and whether the 8 Week Reset is the right solution.

If it is not a fit, we end the call there.

How much does it cost?

The program runs for eight weeks with weekly 1-to-1 sessions. Most men choose one of two commitment levels:

Standard Reset: $100 per week
Intensive Reset: $300 per week
